Fat Club is the ultimate body re-composition experience for any man or woman who wants to live better, longer, and succeed in reaching the best shape of his or her life. Originally created by an industry-leading trainer to some of the world’s most elite athletes, an All-American, 2x national champion track star, and a best-selling nutritional author and coach, this experience has been crafted with one focus in mind – to burn fat while simultaneously improving important health markers. Over 8 weeks, separate teams of men and women are guided through a highly specialized program that has been meticulously designed to produce the greatest results in the shortest amount of time.

FC isn’t just a workout class where random people show up and trudge their way through. FC is a mentality. A lifestyle. It is being part of a team. We show up and give our best efforts every single morning. At 5:45am I look forward to seeing all of my inspiring teammates and coaches. We’ve all changed our bodies, our minds, and our lives.
We meet 5x/week and train from 5:45-6:45am. Workouts include everything from soft sand running to resistance training workouts utilizing heavy-duty tactical sandbags. At the end of every workout, each athlete receives all of his/her food for the day - provided by our chef - to both aid in recovery and help to ensure the most efficient results. Our meals are made up of grass-fed, wild-caught proteins and organic produce – locally sourced whenever possible. Additionally, each athlete receives daily email communication from our coaching staff with information to both educate the team regarding our approach to health and fitness, as well as set up each participant for success once the program ends.
At Fat Club, you don’t train alone, and we would have it no other way. Instead, we limit our programs to a maximum of 15 people at a time - a large enough group to keep energy levels high and motivate each member, but small enough to ensure that there is a high level of accountability and attention to each athlete. Almost every single person that has come through the 8-week adventure will attest to the fact that much of the change they’ve experienced is owed to their teammates who kept them going when everything else in them wanted quit. As with all of our programs at FC Vitality, we believe that we are so much stronger as a team.
