A little over three years ago, FC Vitality got its start as a program for men and women to burn as much body fat as possible during an 8-week group experience. As individuals continued on, however, many participants discovered dramatic improvements in their health (as evidenced by their blood work during annual physicals) that reduced and, in many cases, eliminated the need for a variety of medications all together! Total cholesterol levels went down, triglycerides went down and HDLs went up! While most people joined FC Vitality with the aim of improving body composition (which, of course, they did), it was some of these other improvements that had some of the biggest impacts on our participant’s lives.
It finally came to the point that we realized we had something to offer our community. What would happen if we turned our focus, for some, away from just the body composition, and focused on the achievement of improved health markers as well?
I have lost over 60 pounds of fat, and gained 8.4lbs of muscle, have a resting heart rate down to the upper 40’s and I have been able to incorporate healthy changes into my day-to-day life. It goes without saying that this accomplishment has completely changed my life.
While we knew our existing program worked well and was already achieving some of these goals, we also recognized that there were was a relatively high bar to entry – whether it be training volume, types of exercises, or even the group setting that had the potential to keep some from really being able to confidently pour themselves into this adventure. We also met with doctors who explained that they had patients who would greatly benefit from something like our program, but had a specific need that would keep them back.
So we decided to start something totally new. We created a highly customizable program where anyone could join, regardless of fitness level, health history or specific need, yet still offer those same amazing health improvements that the people in some of our other programs experience.
I can say with tears in my eyes that I believe this program probably saved my life!
And this is that program. It has been carefully designed to take you (regardless of your starting point) to new levels of health, strength, fitness and even self-confidence. You don’t need to worry about a thing – we are excited to meet you wherever you are. You don’t have to worry about the end point either – That will come with dedication and good work. We’ve taken care to ensure that all of the necessary elements for you to improve are built into the program, so that all we need to ask from you is simply your commitment to the process. And all the way through, we communicate directly with your physician to better support them in your healthcare!

I lost 20lbs during my first 8-week session and 7 more after the second… In addition I dropped over 40 points off my “bad” cholesterol. I no longer take cholesterol medication, my energy has increased and I feel better than I have in years.
